Spoke with a VP named Damien. Explained situation, and was appreciative of his response. Was a miscommunication initially that he has resolved. Very happy now!!

Terrible experience!! Ordered door, was told well after the fact they needed a deposit. Then was NEVER told when door came in. Installer then brings door that WAS NOT what I ordered. Installer then brings door that WAS NOT what I ordered. Was given lame excuse when I questioned it. Then was given 3 different invoices & prices for additional parts that salesperson should have included in original estimate but never did. Overall the product is decent, but their ordering/ installation process is a total clusterf-ck!

Great experience all around, from picking out door, turn around time, and installation. Would strongly recommend Champlain door.

Patrick was professional and prompt with the estimate, Phil provided technical support by phone, and Anna was terrific with keeping us informed about the schedule for the work. The installer, Andrew, was professional yet personable, knowledgeable and efficient He expertly replaced our damaged panel, inspected and lubed the system, and even cleaned up any grease.
