Is your home limited in storage space? Do you wish you had a convenient place where you could safely put away your tools, lawnmower or recycling bins? Many homeowners struggle with inadequate storage space in their homes. When thinking outside the box, one homeowner found a creative solution to solve this problem. He converted a basement area into a garage. Instead of keeping the patio doors leading from his walk-out basement, the homeowner replaced them with a garage door equipped with an electric opener. He then added insulation to the rooms’ walls and ceiling in order for the garage to be up to code.
