One call to Charlie took care of it all with good old-fashioned service! Charlie came around at the end of the day and quickly, efficiently fixed the door, and it was operating within five hours of its failure. Wow, we need a lot more Charlie’s in the world!

This company reminded me of what good service looks like. I identified one problem with my electric opener that I thought was causing the problem with the door's operation. Service was here within 2 hours of my call. The problem was fixed. In addition, everything was lubricated, broken hinges were fixed, the springs were adjusted and the range of movement of the door was set right. Great!
