That said, my experience with Door Design was outstanding from front to back. My sales rep Gord was very knowledgeable and helpful. Susan in the office was incredibly responsive and efficient. Last but not least, my installer Kyle was experienced, knowledgeable and clean. Kyle is a true professional and a pleasure to work with!

Only negative was the lack of response from our sales rep. Left messages and emails with no response and had to call and speak with customer service rep to get answers regarding timeline. That being said the experience was still a positive one and we are much warmer in the garage.
