They were within my budget so I stopped with them and am glad I did. Heidi in the office was courteous and helpful and answered all my questions. I had a garage door spring break about 9:30 AM, I called when I got back about 11AM and was told someone would be out between noon and 2. About 11:30AM the service tech called and said he would be here in about 20 minutes. He showed up 10 minutes later and was done in less then a half hour and the door never worked so good.

Paul walked me through the whole process and answered all my questions very thoroughly. The installer did the same, and let me know his progress from the time he arrived, to the time he left. Paul actually beat the original install date, and his crew did a fine job of removing the junk doors and installing the new ones. One small area to improve; include a new piece of rope to go with the door when a motorized opener or chain is not going to be used.
