I called Champlain in the afternoon and their technician. Was there the next morning to replace the lift motor. Ryan was fantastic, very personable, took care of the job quickly and professionally and Made sure that I was good to go before he left. Overall, a great experience.

The quote was very specific about what was included (which was everything, but it was great… Read more I reached out to the company via the website on a Saturday evening and had a response on Sunday afternoon. The quote was very specific about what was included (which was everything, but it was great to see it spelled out.). They came out to measure the garage doors the next day. And when the doors arrived, the installer was available to put them in quickly. Such efficient people and easy to work with!
