He seemed to understand what we… Read more I have used DSW at my home 2ish years ago w/ a great experience (Dave F) Not this time w/Theon (manager). He met with my brother & I at my parents' house. He seemed to understand what we needed for them, even offered a veterans AND Sr. discount he also said, come back if we got a better quote. When we did Theon said the original did not include the motor. (#1 request) After multiple communications to discuss, (he was unavailable) he told us to go with the other quote, so we did.

Company response:

Door Systems completed (8) different quotes to replace this door. Some included operators while others did not. All included substantial price reductions for both Veteran’s and Senior Citizen’s discounts. The Home Depot quote was not a direct comparison of materials or labor. Thank You Theron Gordon
