undependable guy. He called last Monday, he said he would be here Tuesday and discuss the colour and do the work Wednesday. Still not done.

The Garage Door Depot people are fantastic to deal with. The sales rep Monty came to our house to inspect our existing garage doors & rails, and was very patient as he took us through our various options. We were happy to find out that we just needed to replace our two doors and nothing else! Muhammad, our installer, was very professional and was done within 10 mins of his estimated time to complete the job. We are very happy with the look and quality of both garage doors, and they work perfect!

From the moment I used the garagedoordepot website to get a quote to having Dee visit us and explain the process and advise of all options, to having Mohammed arrive on schedule to remove old doors and efficiently install the new doors in less than 4 hours, to having Mike arrive a few days later to meticulously install the cladding, the entire experience was 5 stars.
