But the service people they send are… Read more I've used Middlex Overhead Door four times in the last seven years. I'd like it if they could come sooner, and I do wish they would pick up the phone! But the service people they send are All Stars. They fix things properly, are consistently fast and polite. They have all the right parts or will get them. No upsell. I would recommend Middlesex Overhead Door to anyone who needs to install or repair their automatic garage door. 100% appreciative of their work.

The only negative part was when sales came to the house to go over style & color, there was no discussion of electrical needs. It was not until day of installation that I found out I need to upgrade electrical in the house. I feel this is something I should of bee made aware of before purchasing. Now I have to spend an additional $5k to upgrade electrical or use extension cords and void warranty.
