No unexpected delays. The installer was extremely impressive with his organization and execution of the installation. Again no surprises here either. He cleaned the new doors and left the worksite spotless.

The technicians were very knowledgeable and we understand better how to maintain our door. They spotted accidents waiting to happen and fixed them up all in the same appointment. This garage door has a leak around the window and the warranty claim was processed right away. There is a delay on the repair but that is likely due to Covid as everything has a delay. So I can't comment on hiw well the warranty work is done until it's completed.
My only minor complaint is the difficulty in contacting the sales person for this job.

Install was done while we were out and no issues. Door looks great, track is smooth. Enjoying the remote app liftmaster functionality.

Tip: Plan ahead for the trim and frame around the door, as the specs don’t take into account finishes for drywall or painting (we didn’t want to leave a raw lumber frame but that seems to be their standard).
